You will need the latest VRCSDK, POIYOMI 7.1.53 and DYNAMIC BONES + basic unity knowledge, I've added the latest vrcsdk and poiyomi 7.1.53 to the file however you need to get dynamic bones yourself as it's a paid asset (there's a free version you can get from the unity asset store). I'll try my best to help if there's any issues in unity but as I'm a relatively new avatar creator, there may be issues I can't help with.
